No-ciety

Tonight brian and i were watching tv and they had the most expensive weddings on. They were talking about "bennifer" and how ben is dating jennifer garner now. Then they compared the amount of money that ben has spent on j lo and jennifer garner. He spent more on j lo, but i gotta say... who the fuck cares? He spent millions of dollars on j lo, and their relationship ended up being bad in the end. Also, it had donald trump/the donald/ the fucking anti-christ and it said that he spent $5 million on his wedding and had flowers shipped from new york to florida to be at the wedding. Why would money have anything to do with the amount of love that two people have? It seems like it would be negatively correlated. We decided that we would like to have weddings that cost not much more than $500 to $1000. Ours wives might not go for it, but the point is, love shouldn't have a price tag on it like society has.

yeah, i wasn't trying to make that a price tag. I would be happy having my wedding in shorts and a t-shirt and just pitch in a little for beer and whatnot for the guests so everyone can have a good time.

i totally agree with your idea of no price tag on love but meg takes the cake when she says be more realistic. i don't even think 500-1000 bucks would cover rental of a place to get married and the priest! sad but true. -sara
